Children 2 – 12 years rate applies to a child sharing with 1 adult
Children over 12 years pay the full adult rate
Payment / Cancellation Policy
50% deposit payable upon confirmation
Final payment due 30 days before travel
All bank transfers are to be received FREE from any bank charges
20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation
60 days or less from the date of travel – 50% cancellation charge
30 days or less from the date of travel – 100% cancellation charge
Accessing Khwai Safari Grounds
Khwai Airstrip – Fly-in rates available on request
From Maun it’s a 4 hour drive depending on road conditions
Self-drive is possible but in only in a 4×4 vehicle
Road Transfers are available from Maun upon request
